  Chiva-Som's rules and regulations
- Children under the age of 16 are not allowed
- Smoking only allow in designated outdoor areas
- Alcoholic drinks are limited to wine and champagne, available in the evening only
- Use of mobile phones strictly prohibited in public area
- Please use proper sports shoes and attire in the gym
  
  Remarks
- Cancellation must be made within 15 days prior to arrival otherwise; cancellation charge 50% of total booking will be applied.
- Booking for 20 December, 2003 to 05 January, 2004 are required a minimum stay of 7 nights and cancellation notice 60 days prior to arrival date.
Booking for 20 December 2003 to 05 January 2004 are also required full payment 60 days prior to arrival date.
- A supplement of US$ 200 plus 17.7% per person will be applied for New Years Gala Dinner on 31 December 2003.
